Vendor With Trailer spots = $250
Only automotive and custom culture-related vendors will be allowed, but we use a broad definition (e.g., clothes, parts, art, vintage stuff, etc), so please ask. We reserve the right to refuse a spot to anyone. Merchandise vendors can now get approved and register online. For details, contact Joe at Hellfish@HunnertCarPileup.com
Regular merchandise vendor spaces are $100 per space (2 spaces maximum; $200). Spaces inside the big commercial/vendor building are roughly 10 x 12 and outside spaces are 10 x 15.
Trailer parking and vending will be allowed in the pit area only. There will be a flat fee of $250 for trailer vending, unless the trailer, tables, etc can fit within 2 regular vendor spaces. Please contact Joe at Hellfish@HunnertCarPileup.com for more details.
Vendor load-in is between noon and 6pm on Friday, and 7am and 8:30am on Saturday. The gates will be locked after that. Vendors must be inside the gates by 8am and non-show vehicles (including trailers) must be back outside before the gates open at 9am. Vendors showing up after 8:30 am on Saturday must carry their merchandise in on foot.
Food Vendors
Food vendor spots are $250. If you would like to sell food, then you must obtain a Grundy County Health Certificate and provide us with a photocopies of that certificate before the show. The Health Inspector will be around to make sure you have it, too. If a food vendor is not inside and set up when the health inspector arrives, they will not be allowed to sell food. The deadline for food vendors is October 1, 2009. Contact Joe at Hellfish@HunnertCarPileup.com for more details.
