Swap Meet
The swap meet ran so smoothly in 2010 under the guidance of the Bombers, that we’ve decided to keep it! The swap meet is for vintage, used car parts ONLY. The swap meet will be set up and managed by the Bombers Car Club (Peoria, IL). If you would like to participate, please contact Derrek: djohnson@uniquecoaches.com
If you’re not selling vintage car parts, you’re a “vendor”.
Vendor Information
All vendors must have registered and paid by October 1, 2011. There will be NO day-of-show vendors allowed. All vendor spots will be assigned.
Merchandise Vendors
Regular Vendor spots = $100 each
Vendor With Trailer spots = $250
Only automotive and custom culture-related vendors will be allowed, but we use a broad definition (e.g., clothes, parts, art, vintage stuff, etc), so please ask. We reserve the right to refuse a spot to anyone. For details and approval, contact Joe at Hellfish@HunnertCarPileup.com
Merchandise vendor spaces are $100 per space (2 spaces maximum; $200). Inside spaces are very limited and will be issued on a first come, first registered basis. Inside spaces are roughly 10 x 10 and outside spaces are 10 x 15. If you would like to sell from a trailer that won’t fit entirely inside two 10 x 15 spaces with all of your tables/displays, then you can get a trailer space for a flat $250 and have more room.
Contact Joe at Hellfish@HunnertCarPileup.com for more details.
Starting this year, food vendors need to go through Progress City staff. They can best answer questions, help with health certificates, etc. If you would like to sell food, please contact Beau Hanger at 217.875.7211 ext. 577 or bhanger@richland.edu.
